Purchase Conditions
1. General conditions
These apply to any purchase made through the website [www.fluture.pro](https://www.fluture.pro) during the period in which they are published on said portal.
The store reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to make changes and updates to the product catalogue and the corresponding prices, as well as to modify any contractual aspect, provided that such changes are published on the website.
Fluture.pro reserves the right to make changes and updates to the information contained on the website, to its configuration and presentation, to the access conditions and to the terms of contracting.
All products offered on [www.fluture.pro](https://www.fluture.pro) may be shipped to Spain (including Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands). For orders to be shipped to other member countries of the European Community or abroad, please enquire via info@fluture.pro.
2. Purchase process
Buying on our website is very simple: you only have to choose an item, add it to the cart by clicking on the cart icon, and place your order.
In order for a user to make a purchase, it is necessary to register by completing a data form requested by the store, so that their account is unique, personal and non-transferable.
The price of our items and services is the one indicated at all times on our website.
The data stored in the website database is the property of Fluture.pro and is managed under the L.O.P.D. Once the user has received their access password, they must select the products, accept the General Online Terms and Conditions of Sale, and make payment through a secure payment gateway. The order will be received at the head office and will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3. Shipping costs
The indicated shipping times are counted in business days (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and may be affected by holidays (local or national) or special dates such as Christmas, Epiphany, long weekends or special promotions.
3.1 Shipping:
- Shipping is free for orders within mainland Spain.
- Shipping costs for orders to the Canary Islands are 12€.
- Shipping costs for orders to the Balearic Islands are 5€.
- Shipping costs for orders to Ceuta and Melilla are 8€.
- Shipments will be made through Correos, with a delivery time of 1–2 business days (provided the product is in stock).
Products whose delivery requires different delivery times from those indicated will be clearly stated and notified.
Once the customer has made the purchase through the website, an email will be sent confirming receipt of the order and the shipment relating to the concluded contract will be confirmed, without prejudice to what is indicated below regarding the seller’s rights.
The shipping address is obtained from our customer file; in any case, at the time of making a purchase, the customer is given the option to modify said delivery address, as well as to indicate any remarks considered appropriate to facilitate delivery. The delivery note or invoice corresponding to the order will be sent together with the order.
If an order is shipped and returned to our warehouse, the customer will be offered the option to have it re-sent upon prior payment again of the shipping costs specified in the order.
4. Payment methods

The payment method used to complete purchases will be selected by the customer through the website.
The website offers payment by debit or credit card, VISA or MasterCard, through Stripe’s virtual POS terminal. Stripe’s virtual POS is a simple, secure and fast system with the following characteristics:
- Your credit card details are not stored in any database or similar. We only store the reference of the purchase in case we need to process the corresponding refund.
- In this way we offer greater privacy and security to our customers.
- Once the payment has been completed, the bank will display the result of the transaction on screen, and Fluture.pro will send you an email to the address you provided during registration with the information relating to your purchase.
- If the POS does not accept the card or an error occurs when entering the data, please contact your bank to check the possible reasons.
- The accepted credit cards are: VISA and MasterCard.
If, after payment has been made, any of the items you purchased is not available, Fluture.pro undertakes to contact the customer and immediately refund the amount charged. If you need to claim your refund, you can contact info@fluture.pro.
5. Delivery time
Orders will be shipped through transport companies and will arrive at the address indicated by the customer within the maximum legal period of 10 days. Once the customer has made the purchase through the website, an email will be sent confirming receipt of the order and the shipment relating to the concluded contract will be confirmed, without prejudice to what is indicated below regarding the seller’s rights.
The delivery data is obtained from our customer file; in any case, at the time of making a purchase, the customer is given the option to modify said delivery address, as well as to indicate any remarks considered appropriate.
The delivery note or invoice corresponding to the order will be provided together with the delivery of the order.
The availability of the products will be shown on the product page as well as in the shopping cart summary and in the order confirmation email.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you – other than the carrier – acquired physical possession of the last of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify your decision to withdraw from the contract via WhatsApp at +34 614 49 73 53 or by email to [info@fluture.pro](mailto:info@fluture.pro) by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
6.1. Consequences of withdrawal:
Returns will be accepted with transport costs borne by the customer; the company will not be held responsible if the goods suffer any damage during transport. You must bear the direct cost of returning the order.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your communication of withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
6.2. Exceptions
- If the damage is minor (cosmetic or easily repairable), the product is still usable and its main function is not impaired, the customer will be compensated with a refund of 25% of the value for which the product was purchased.
- Returns of customised products or products made to order are not accepted, unless they present manufacturing defects.
7. Taxes and prices
The prices of the products offered for sale on our website include Value Added Tax (VAT).
With regard to the prices shown in the shopping cart, the total amount payable excluding VAT is itemised, together with the VAT rate applicable to the selected item. Fluture.pro reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to make any changes it deems appropriate, and may update products and prices even daily and on several occasions, depending on developments in the sector to which they belong. These changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
8. Order cancellation
At any time before finally confirming the purchase, the customer may go back to the previous page and the order will not be completed. If the purchase has already been confirmed (the customer has received an email thanking them for their purchase and summarising the order), the customer must contact Fluture.pro via the email address info@fluture.pro or via WhatsApp at +34 614 49 73 53 and provide the following details in order to cancel:
Customer code or name of the customer who placed the order. Order number. The order will be cancelled as soon as the message is received.
If the cancellation is received after the order has been shipped, the customer must request a full return; this process is explained in section IV of this same chapter.
Fluture.pro reserves the right to cancel orders that contain products which, due to lack of stock, cannot be supplied to the customer. Likewise, orders that contain products that have been published at a clearly incorrect price, such as products published without economic value, at 0.00€, will also be cancelled. In all these cases, Fluture.pro will refund the full value of the products purchased as soon as possible.
9. Warranty
All products offered through the website are original brand products and new UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
If you contract as a consumer and user, you have the right to free remedial measures in the event of a lack of conformity of the goods. In this regard, THE COMPANY will be liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three (3) years from delivery of the product.
Products are deemed to be in conformity with the contract provided that (1) they correspond to the description given by the store and possess the qualities that we have presented on this website, (2) they are fit for the purposes for which products of the same type are normally used, and (3) they present the quality and performance which are normal in products of the same type and which the consumer can reasonably expect.
To exercise the warranty, the user must contact THE COMPANY at [info@fluture.pro](mailto:info@fluture.pro), indicating the product or products affected by the defect, attaching a photograph and a detailed description of the defects observed. Once this communication has been received, THE COMPANY’s team will contact the customer to inform them how to proceed.
The warranty will not be valid in the following cases: (i) Products subject to wear and tear due to use or other natural wear and tear, as well as product defects attributable to failure to observe usage instructions, improper use, impacts, overloading, insufficient maintenance or storage, or incorrect installation not carried out by authorised technical service where applicable; (ii) Product defects caused by the use of accessories, additional parts or spare parts that are not original parts; (iii) Minor deviations from the prescribed condition that are insignificant with respect to the value and suitability of the product.
Any product that has been serviced or tampered with by personnel not belonging to THE COMPANY or the distributed brand will automatically be excluded from the warranty.
In incidents that justify the use of the warranty, a decision will be made between repair, replacement of the item, price reduction or refund, under the legally established terms.
For all purposes, delivery of the product shall be deemed to have taken place at the time indicated on the delivery note.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
For any dispute or matter relating to the website https://fluture.pro or any of the sites dependent on it, Spanish legislation shall apply, and the courts of the purchaser’s domicile in Spain shall have jurisdiction to resolve all conflicts arising from or related to the use of this website, and, where applicable, the arbitration tribunals to which THE COMPANY is affiliated at the time the dispute arises.
